Copying new text messages to your email account saves you time because you don&#8217;t have to keep checking your inbox for new messages.<\/p>\n<p>To change and manage the email address(es) your new text messages are forwarded to simply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Log in.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click &#8216;Inbox&#8217;<\/strong> (Left hand menu column.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click &#8216;Manage&#8217;<\/strong> (Button in centre of screen, next to your text number.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Now modify <\/strong>the contents of the &#8216;Email addresses&#8217;\u00a0 box. If you need to forward text messages to multiple email addresses separate them with commas.\u00a0 You can forward to up to 20 email addresses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click &#8216;Save&#8217;<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forwarding text messages to email is free \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The email address used for forwarding is different to your <em><strong>contact<\/strong> email address<\/em> which we need for administration.
